Sometimes when customers have trouble logging in and resetting their password, it’s handy to assign a password of your own choice.
Take the following steps:
- Impersonate the customer
Jump directly to their dashboard as they would see it by clicking the impersonate link inside their profile page
- Assign a password
Click the change my password link to assign the customer a new password of your choice.
