Working with Tags

Why tag customers?

Often it’s important to organise your customers into groups. For example you may want to separate out customers that pay by bank transfer, or customers that volunteer their time, or even customer that want to receive your weekly newsletter. To do this, Bucky Box supports customer tagging.


Clicking on a customer tag will show all customers that have been assigned that customer tag. From there you can “select all” and email them or export their customer details.

How to assign tags to customers

  1. Go into a customer’s profile and click edit profile


  2. Under the Tags form, enter the tags you wish to assign separated by commas. You may assign as many tags to a customer as you like. Click the Update button to save the changes.


  3. The new tags will now appear next to the customer’s profile.
